In recent month’s I have become disheartened with many things in my life and what’s going on in the world. Pulling me into a shitty downward spiral where I have struggled to see the great things in life.
I get so frustrated with corruption, scum bag politicians, and royals that it has drained me this past year.
We all have these moments in life, sometimes they only last 5 minutes, but for some, it lasts a lifetime. For me a good few months.
As humans, we are so self-destructive in the way we do things at times. When things are bad, they are fucking bad! Catastrophise everything whether its a big deal or not.
It’s normal by the way, that’s the thing. When you care for others and want to do good all the time. It takes it toll on us. Eventually leading to our buckets being too full, turning that positive energy into negative.
Looking after ourselves first and foremost is key. If we can’t do that, what use are we to others. Being healthy and having a clear mind is important.
If you are having a shit time right now, just know that you are not alone, we all suffer at times. Even the fuckers that appear happy and have what appears to be everything. Even those folks have bad times.
Just aim to be a good person the majority of the time and you will be grand. I feel extremely lucky to have friends that believe in me, you know how much you mean to me. Thank you.
Keep it real wherever you are

Just after sunrise, the light on this side of the Angkor Wat temple was stunning. The shear scale of this place is unreal. Considering it’s 1000 years old, it’s doing well. Legs are a little tired today with all the walking and climbing ? #cambodia #cambodiatrip #cambodia?? #cambodiatravel #angkorwat #angkorwattemple #temple #ancient #sunrise #bluesky #travel #traveling #travelling #travelphotography #travelphoto #travelingram #travelblog #travellife #traveladdict #travelblogger #traveller #asia #seasia #southeastasia #curiousasia
